ISRA required no commitment on the part of the member to turn up for rides or rallies. The MSR Executive decided that the club needed committed people to make the club strong; therefore; some simple rules for existing and future members on attaining and retaining membership were put in place. Those rules are working. The MSR Executive brought existing members from ISRA across with them. The club has members in Victoria, NSW and QLD including all members of The Lost 202 in Minnesota USA. The MSR has no committee. It was decided that everyone has a voice and they can contribute without fear or favour. The policy to make everyone feel welcome regardless of what bike they ride or how much experience they have is the solid foundation of the club. The MSR has no affiliation with any other club nationally. Internationally it has a sister club, The Lost 202 in Minnesota USA. The MSR is a club in its own right. It has its own insignia and rules. Since its inception in March 2006 the club has gone from strength to strength. The members of the club are to be congratulated on their commitment; their mateship and most of all their generosity. The MSR was also formed to cater for enthusiasts of Star motorcycles, however, membership is open to riders of other makes of bikes. The MSR is a members based social club for men and women who enjoy riding together. We are not into attitudes, politics and anti-social behaviour. The MSR has social rides, day and weekends, throughout the year. Those rides can be found on our Ride Calendar. You are welcome to attend any of the day rides but please contact us first.
